Servier conducts clinical trials for its products through a number of therapeutic research centres all over the world. Serviers UK International centre for therapeutic research is currently involved in a number of trials in several therapeutic areas including oncology, diabetes, hypertension, diseases of the central nervous system, heart failure, stroke osteoporosis and osteoarthritis.
Three large, international, multicentre clinical trials are due to report in the next two years. ADVANCE - Action in Diabetes and Vascular Disease Preterax and Diamicron MR Controlled Evaluation, BEAUTIFUL - Effects of Ivabradine in Patients with Stable Coronary Artery Disease and Left Ventricular Systolic Dysfunction and HYVET - Hypertension in the Very Elderly Trial.
