Employee Involvement

Servier UK promotes a culture where each employee understands and actively supports the aims of the Corporate Social Responsibility policy.

Employees are given the chance to participate in a programme of events and fundraising activities throughout the year to raise funds towards our chosen charity of the year in a fun, friendly environment. In addition Servier UK has introduced a PAYE giving scheme where staff are offered the opportunity to donate to their chosen charity in a tax efficient way.

Healthy living is promoted within Servier UK with healthy menu choices and sporting facilities made available at our head office site. Servier also organises regular disease awareness days, which include practical resources to encourage a healthy lifestyle. A range of healthcare benefits are on offer to employees.
