Employee Involvement

Servier UK promotes a culture where each employee understands and actively supports the aims of the Corporate Social Responsibility Steering Group.
Each area of the organisation is represented on the CSR Steering Group, which is responsible for developing new CSR initiatives.

Employees are given the chance to participate in a programme of events and fundraising activities throughout the year to raise funds towards our chosen charity of the year in a fun, friendly environment.  In addition Servier UK has introduced a PAYE giving scheme where staff are offered the opportunity to donate to their chosen charity in a tax efficient way.

Healthy living is promoted within Servier UK with healthy menu choices and sporting facilities made available at our head office site.  A range of healthcare benefits are also on offer to employees.
