Servier Laboratories and the Diabetes and Cardiovascular Forum of the Royal College of Nursing, developed this award in partnership. The award was up to £2,000 and supported the implementation of an educational or clinical initiative that addresses both the diabetic and cardiovascular needs of a patient group.
