The Finance Department supports and guides all the Operating Divisions in the UK in all financial and budgetary matters.
The principal objectives of the Department can be summarised as follows:
To process all financial transactions of the three UK Operating Divisions promptly, accurately and cost effectively
To accurately report the financial transactions of the Operating Divisions to both local and Group Management ensuring that all deadlines and accounting rules and policies are respected.
To ensure that the Company meets all statutory, regulatory and fiscal reporting obligations to the relevant Authorities.
To ensure there are adequate systems and procedures of financial control in place in order to safeguard the assets of the Company and to minimise risks and to ensure adherence to those systems and procedures.
Wherever possible to contribute to increasing the Company's financial ability to invest in Research and Development.
