Servier UK has recently established a highly specialised and highly trained customer facing team of Key Account Managers (KAMs). These KAMs are dedicated to the promotion of the products that Servier have researched and developed. We strongly believe that these products provide benefits to the Doctors that prescribe them and the patients that receive them.

Our key customer is the NHS and we strive at all times to have productive, mutually beneficial relationships with the Doctors, Nurses, Pharmacists and Managers with whom we interact.

All KAMs enjoy a rigorous training and development process in order to ensure that Servier UK maintains its reputation as one of the best trained and most professional customer facing teams in the UK. Those that join the team undergo an intensive, residential initial training programme designed specifically to give them the knowledge and skills necessary for them to interact appropriately with all Health Care Professionals and decision makers within the NHS.

Beyond the initial training all KAMs enjoy extensive and regular ongoing training and development. This includes training to ensure an up to date knowledge of the NHS environment as well as individual training courses designed to meet specific development needs. Consistent with this emphasis on training and development is a strong internal promotion policy. This policy has afforded the company the opportunity over the years to promote many members of its customer facing team to management positions within the field and the head office.
