The Human Resources function at Servier UK incorporates HR Operations, Compensation and Benefits and Facilities Departments.
The key aim of the HR operations team is to recruit, develop and retain high calibre personnel to ensure the realisation of Servier UK’s corporate objectives and to satisfy the Company’s future manpower needs.
Servier UK offers a generous compensation and benefits package to every employee. We regularly review our compensation and benefits package by undertaking research into pharmaceutical industry norms and best practice and also through awareness of new benefits options.
The principal functions of the Facilities team include managing the security, safety and environmental quality of Servier UK’s premises and providing support services such as office stationery, equipment, and catering. In addition the Facilities team is also responsible for the Company car fleet.
