Training & Development

The aim of Training & Development is to provide training and development of the highest quality to all Servier employees in the UK.

The fundamental responsibility of the Training & Development department is to impart knowledge, facilitate learning and develop skills to advance competencies of Servier employees.

In the changing environment of the NHS, Servier Training & Development constantly adapts to the training needs of the organisation as they are identified.

Once development needs are identified, training and development for the customer facing team is arranged via a blend of in-house courses, E-learning, National Sales Conferences and courses supplied by our International Training Department.  Beyond the customer facing team, the department also offers personal development for all Servier personnel, including head office.

Working in Training and Development in Servier not only requires enthusiasm, commitment and the ability to motivate and inspire others, but strong team working and communication skills. These skills ensure that learning is maximised so that, through close communication with relevant stakeholders, all training material continues to evolve in line with current strategy.
