The external studies department are responsible for the outsourcing of a wide range of studies at all stages of the development of a drug. They set up and manage contracts between the Servier Research and Development and Contract Research Organisations (CRO), ensuring that all studies meet project requirements and comply with the appropriate regulatory standards such as Good Laboratory Practice.
They form a vital link between staff working on studies at Servier Research and Development, the Therapeutic Divisions, other Servier research sites and at the Contract Research Organisations, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
