Recruitment Procedures

Our selection process ensures that we recruit the right people for the right roles, based on a fair and consistent approach. Our recruitment procedures are tailored to meet the requirements of each function but in general terms, once your application has been submitted, you may expect some or all of the following:

  • To complete an application form and hand-written covering letter.
  • To be invited to a first interview at Head Office with the Human Resources Manager and Line Manager.
  • For applicants, a field visit with one of our KAMS will be arranged prior to second interview.
  • To be invited to a second interview/assesment centre with the HR Manager, Line Manager and Head of Department. This interview may require you to conduct a presentation and may involve meeting members of the team.
  • To follow up on your nominated references.
  • To be informed of the outcome promptly, whether or not you are successful.
